Liberty invests in ACTV

Liberty Media Corp., Englewood, Colo., said it would invest $5 million in ACTV, which develops ``Individualized Television'' programming for cable systems. The investment, which will give Liberty a 10% stake in the company, will drive the expansion of regional digital cable services through previously announced agreements with Fox Sports Net and Cablevision's Rainbow Sports.
