Lifetime Entertainment Services, New York, is joining with Women.com Networks, San Mateo, Calif., in an equity and promotional deal. Lifetime agreed to take a 4.6% stake in Women.com
, while Women.com will purchase $10 million in advertising from Lifetime Television over three years. The alliance links Lifetime with Women.com and Hearst Magazines, which already has a major stake in Women.com.
