Lintas buys London agency

Interpublic's Lintas unit has acquired KMM, London, the 26th ranked ad agency in the U.K. with billings of about $63 million. KMM will operate as a separate unit called "Lintas i." The acquisition includes KMM agencies in Amsterdam and Duesseldorf. Paul Jackson, managing director of KMM, becomes managing director of Lintas i. KMM's clients include BMW-owned Rover Cars, Franklin Mint and Aga Rayburn ovens.
