Lohse leaves Softbank to open interactive agency

William Lohse, president of Softbank Forums, the giant conference and trade show organization, is leaving the company to form an interactive agency called NetWeb. Mr. Lohse was a founding publisher of PC Computing and president of Ziff-Davis Publishing in the 1980s.

NetWeb will have a return-on-investment approach to its advertising, sales, marketing and digital commerce services.
