Long John Silver's gets OK for sale to A&W

Long John Silver's, Lexingon, Ky., said it expects to close on its sale to A&W Restaurants Sept. 1. The nation's largest fast-food seafood chain said the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware has approved its reorganization plan. The faltering chain sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in June 1998.
