Longs Drug opens review

Longs Drug Stores Corp., a 400-store chain in six western states, has begun a review of the TV and radio portion of its estimated $18 million account. A spokeswoman said the invitation-only review will include both large and midsize agencies. Incumbent Doner, Southfield, Mich., will participate, along with Hoffman/Lewis, San Francisco, and other undisclosed agencies. A decision is expected by March.
