Lotas Minard launches new-media division

Lotas Minard Patton McIver, New York, has launched LMPM New Media Division, a joint venture with Vancouver-based Blast Radius Communications. The collaboration is designed to leverage LMPM's offline advertising expertise and Blast's online expertise. LMPM clients include Hearst Corp.'s Cosmopolitan and Redbook magazines and New York University's Stern School of Business.
