IBM Corp.'s Lotus Development Corp. Monday begins its first major print effort from Ogilvy & Mather, New York, with an eight-page unit in The Wall Street Journal. The multimillion dollar campaign for Domino Web software retains the edginess of Lotus' current TV spots and will move globally into business and computer publications.
