Lowe Group, London, has taken a minority holding in Roche Macaulay & Partners, Toronto, an agency with $40 million in billings and clients including Royal Bank, Ikea and the Canadian Egg Marketing Agency. Lowe will merge its $40 million Toronto office with Roche, keeping the Roche name.
