MOSCOW-- Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide is strengthening its operations in the former Soviet Union by opening two regional offices in Kazakhstan and Belorussia through its Moscow-based agency Adventa/Lowe Lintas.

Almaaty-based Kazakh Adventa will service the Asian markets of the former Soviet Union, including Kirgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tadjikistan. The population in this region exceeds 50 million people. Clients include coffee brand Tchibo and paper products company Kimberly-Clark Corp.

The Belorussian agency will cover other markets of the former empire. Adventa already has an office in Kiev.
