NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Lowe Lintas & Partners has unveiled a new management structure of its Lowe Healthcare Worldwide business. As part of the reorganization, the company is also merging Bozell Global Healthcare with Lowe McAdams.

The merger will create a health care communications agency with consolidated billings of more than $260 million. The as-yet-unnamed entity will join Integrated Communications, Lowe Grob, PACE Inc., Lowe BioCore, ClinArc, Lowe Fusion and Lowe Azure within the Lowe Healthcare network

Lowe Healthcare Worldwide, which is part of Interpublic Group of Cos., offers clients services ranging from advertising and promotion, public relations and medical education to direct-to-consumer and relationship marketing.

Sal Perreca, currently CEO of Integrated Communications, becomes chairman-CEO of Lowe Healthcare Worldwide. Nick Maiale, former CEO of $8 million Bozell Healthcare, becomes international president and is charged with managing the newly merged agency.

John Puglisi, former chairman-CEO of Lowe Healthcare Worldwide, which had billings of over $990 million in 2000, is leaving the company.

Bozell Global Healthcare was formerly a unit of True North Communications' diversified companies group, though it wasn't part of the Bozell Group. After Interpublic's acquisition of True North, Lowe McAdams and Bozell Global Healthcare have been operating within the Interpublic's Partnership group.
