Lowe VP leaves for new venture

Bruce Kelley resigned as exec VP-general manager of Lowe & Partners/SMS, New York, to become president and CEO of a new entertainment venture being started by Marvin Josephson, one of the founders of International Creative Management. At Lowe, Mr. Kelley's responsibilities will be assumed by other senior members of the staff.
