Luminant posts loss as revenue grows

Luminant Worldwide, the i-marketing services venture backed by Young & Rubicam, reported a second quarter net loss of $29.1 million or $1.25 a share on revenue of $40.2 million. A year ago, it came in with a loss of $30 million or $1.25 a share on revenue of $23 million. Luminant closed July 27 at $7.25 a share, down 15.9%.
