LYNCH HEADS OBIE JUDGING

NEW YORK-Judges for the 1995 OBIE awards have been selected by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America for the 53rd annual competition.

Lee Lynch, chairman-CEO of Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, will be chief of judges. The other judges are: Trace Hallowell, creative director, Thompson Co., Memphis, Tenn.; Susan Hoffman, creative director, Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore.; Rochelle Klein, executive creative director, Angotti, Thomas & Hedge, New York; Neil Kraft, senior VP-creative services, Calvin Klein Industries, New York; Gerry Miller, exec VP-group creative director, Leo Burnett USA, Chicago; Fred Tio, senior VP-creative director, print services, Walt Disney Co., Burbank, Calif.

Judging will take place at the OAAA's conference in Grand Caymen, British West Indies, Feb. 10-13. Finalists will be announced March 20. Winners are to be announced at the OBIE Awards show, tentatively set for May 3 in New York.
