We magazine, a lifestyle title for Americans with disabilities, debuts as a 100,000 controlled circulation every-other-monthly in mid-February. Ray Capolla, who most recently ran the business-to-business rep firm, Capolla Group, is publisher; Bruce Barton, former group ad sales director, Petersen Publishing, is ad director.
