Yes, it's a public service ad, but the sheer power of its headline overwhelmed every member of the jury. With the issue of racial profiling front-page news, the sad irony of this juxtaposition and the image it conjures up-the black martyr victimized yet again, the white devil riding scot-free-is a great example of the power magazine ads still have when strategically inspired and artfully done.
