Magnet Interactive opens LA office

New media agency Magnet Interactive Communications is opening a Los Angeles area office in April, marking its first major move outside the Washington, D.C., area. Since recently being dubbed the "Digital Coast," Los Angeles is attracting more and more new media companies to capitalize on the growing business in the area. Magnet West, located in Culver City, Calif., plans to hire 80 employees, and will service West Coast-based clients including Nissan Motor Corp. USA and other new, undisclosed business.
