More management upheaval at Clemenger, Sydney

SYDNEY--Senior management upheaval continues atad agency Clemenger, Sydney, with the announcement April20 that Director Jeff Estok is to leave the company after12 years.

"It's time to move on and look for new challenges," Mr.Estok says. "There is life after Clemenger." Mr. Estokhas sold his equity in parent company Clemenger BBDO andresigned his seat on the board. Clemenger, Sydney, Strategy Head Hugh Spencer will take over Mr. Estok's board portfolio of human resources training.

It's eight months since Greg Daniel left the helm ofClemenger, Sydney, amid rumors of a power struggle between the agency's Melbourne and Sydney offices. Clemenger Chairman Robert Morgan has partially relocated to Sydney from Clemenger, Melbourne, and is attempting tosteer the Sydney agency.

Insiders expect more "old Sydney" Clemenger executiveswill part ways with the agency in coming weeks.
