MARCHFIRST CONTINUES SELLING OFF ITS ASSETS

(April 19, 2001) -- Chicago-based MarchFirst, which filed for bankruptcy on April 12, announced on Wednesday that it will sell the assets of its New York, New Jersey and Boston offices to Epic Software & Services for an undisclosed amount, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval. The company also confirmed the sale of its HostOne business to Divine, also for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is subject to Bankruptcy Court approval as well. -- Adrienne Mand
