LONDON -- Terry Hill, a New York executive with Marsteller Advertising, is heading Marsteller Advertising Europe. Terry Hill joined Marsteller Advertising in 1988, heading up the unit in New York, where he helped establish Marsteller's advertising capabilities in corporate, financial and crisis areas. He's moving to the U.K. to become chief executive officer of Marsteller Advertising Europe. His responsibilities include developing the agency's business-to-business advertising capabilities across Europe.

Hill replaces Jeff Klein, who has become the U.K. marketing director of one the agency's clients, the Australian property developer Lend Lease. Klein is a former CEO of Grey Business Worldwide.

Burson-Marsteller, one of the world's largest public relations companies and a Young & Rubicam subsidiary, relaunched Marsteller Advertising in early 1995. Marsteller was once a leading global ad agency, specializing in corporate, business-to- business and issue-based campaigns. Burson- Marsteller was formed in 1953 when Harold Burson merged his public relations firm with Marsteller Advertising.
