MatchLogic introduces a customer relationship management service suite

MatchLogic, an online advertising company, introduced a Customer Relationship Management suite of services (eCRM), that combines click-stream analysis with traditional offline relationship marketing. Using the eCRM module, marketers can import their own offline data from traditional relationship marketing and integrate it into online marketing efforts to help build long-term relationships with their consumers.
