Max Factor in New Year's promo

Procter & Gamble Cosmetics' Max Factor will launch a new makeup collection in October pegged to the end of the millennium. The Premiere 2K Collection will be backed by print and a sweepstakes promotion that will give away a New Year's Eve party. Print ads in October magazines, from Leo Burnett USA, Chicago, will feature actress Denise Richards as spokeswoman. Spending was not disclosed.
