Hopes to Reach Moms With Young Children

DETROIT (AdAge.com) -- Mazda North American Operations, Irvine, Calif., kicks off a multimedia deal with Walt Disney Co. this week to launch its 2002 MPV minivan.

Mazda hopes to reach moms with children ages 6 to 11 via Disney's FamilyFun magazine, TV ads on 14 ABC TV stations and dealership events with RadioDisney in more than 100 markets.

Doner, Southfield, Mich., handles the account. Spending is well under $10 million.
