McCann Relationship buys three

McCann Relationship Marketing, New York, a unit of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, said it acquired three companies with combined billings of approximately $60 million: ISD (International Systems Development), Tokyo; Direct Response Co., Sydney; and Common Sense, Madrid. ISD is a database management company with $25 million in billings; Direct Response, with billings of approximately $20 million and Common Sense, with approximately $15 million in billings, both are direct marketing agencies specializing in financial services clients. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
