McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, the newly formed parent company of seven marketing communications companies (including McCann-Erickson Worldwide) named two senior executives to newly created top management posts. Michael Sennott, 56, was promoted to vice chairman-director of client services from London-based regional director of Europe/Africa/Middle East. Arthur Tauder, 58, exec VP-operations at WorldGroup since its creation last September, was named vice chairman-strategic planning and business development. He will be based in New York. James R. Heekin, 48, regional director of McCann-Erickson North America, was named to succeed Mr. Sennott, and Donald Dillon, 53, chairman of McCann Spain and area director of Eastern European operations, will succeed Mr. Heekin. David Warden, 49, chairman of McCann-Erickson U.K. Group of Agencies, will in addition assume Mr. Dillon's Eastern European duties. The changes are effective April 1.
