McElligott, Minneapolis, to Leo Burnett

Needham Worldwide, Chicago, had both been invited to present ideas for the Deluxe line of sandwiches. A consolation to Needham: its Navigator DDB subsidiary was awarded advertising for McDonald's 12 Russian stores.
