McDonald's Corp., despite earlier denials of a shift, is expected to announce today it's elevating Tom Ryan, chief concept officer, to the post of senior VP-U.S. marketing. Mr. Ryan will succeed Larry Zwain, who is moving to senior VP-relationship partner for McDonald's Asia/Pacific/Middle East/Africa group. The changes are effective March 1.
