McGraw-Hill loses ban appeal

A federal appeals court has turned down McGraw-Hill's request to lift a lower court order barring publication of documents from Procter & Gamble Co.'s suit against Bankers Trust Co. McGraw-Hill, which had planned to publish the material in Business Week, said it will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Bankers Trust obtained the court-ordered ban. P&G is suing the bank to recover losses from investments in derivatives.
