Mecklermedia will launch Internet Shopper
on newsstands early next year, the company announced today. The quarterly title will target consumers who shop online. Publisher is Paul Stanton, currently Mecklermedia's VP-consumer marketing, and editor in chief is Dan Rosenbaum, currently editor of NetGuide
. The first issue will have a distribution of 125,000 copies; the goal is to increase frequency to monthly in 1998.
