Mecklermedia plans another Net magazine

Mecklermedia will launch Internet Shopper on newsstands early next year, the company announced today. The quarterly title will target consumers who shop online. Publisher is Paul Stanton, currently Mecklermedia's VP-consumer marketing, and editor in chief is Dan Rosenbaum, currently editor of NetGuide. The first issue will have a distribution of 125,000 copies; the goal is to increase frequency to monthly in 1998.
