Media Edge spins out Digital Edge

The Media Edge, the global media services company of agency Young & Rubicam, has formed Digital Edge, a unit responsible for the agency's digital convergence, e-commerce and technology activities on behalf of its clients. Digital Edge opens with a staff of 15 and 13 clients, including AT&T Corp. and wine.com.
