Media Metrix announces local market tracking

Online measurement company Media Metrix announced the launch of Local Market Report, a new measurement service that will track the behavior of local market audiences on the Web. The report is designed to help media buyers and sellers compare local and national market performance online. The first report will cover 14 local markets, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas/Fort Worth, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa and Washington.
