MetLife picks African-American, Hispanic agencies

MetLife, New York, hired Chisholm-Mingo Group to develop an African-American marketing campaign for 1999 and Createability, Miami, to handle a Hispanic marketing initiative. Both were chosen without a review. Billings were not disclosed.
