Mexican shops merge

BDDP has merged its Mexican subsidiary, Publispana BDDP, with Mexican agency Proeza Publicidad to form Proeza BDDP. Its client list includes Bacardi, Panasonic, Mexican beer brand Sol and BMW. Proeza President Javier Salas and Exec VP Enrique Borja keep their titles. Publispana's two main partners, Pepe Icaza and Eduardo Grajeles, will be VPs, as will Proeza's Eduardo Altamirano. German LeBartard, the former president-creative director of Noble/DMB&B who had supposedly retired from the industry after 26 years, is joining Proeza Publicidad as creative VP.
