Mexico's Televisa buys two Murdoch TV stations for $176 million

MEXICO CITY -- Televisa, Mexico's dominant broadcasting and print company, has bought two English-language TV stations in Tijuana for $176 million. Televisa says it bought 100% of both Bay City Television and Radio Television from the Rupert Murdoch-owned Fox Television Co. The Mexican government must still approve the purchase.
