Microsoft Corp. considering an Internet service partner

Microsoft Corp. Group VP Frank M. "Pete" Higgins said the company is open to finding a partner to take over MSN Connect, the company's Internet service provider operation. MSN Connect is a distant second to America Online in the dial-up Web access market.
