Microsoft enlists UniWorld

Microsoft hires UniWorld as its first ethnic AORMicrosoft Corp., Redmond, Wash., hired UniWorld Group, New York and Los Angeles, to handle an estimated $10 million to $15 million ethnic marketing assignment that's likely to break in March or April. The agency appointment marks the first time Microsoft has named an ethnic marketing agency of record. UniWorld will handle creative and media buying related to a brand assignment targeting the African-American and Hispanic populations.
