NEW YORK-A Microsoft Corp. ad claim for a computer mouse was unsubstantiated, the National Advertising Review Board has found.

The ad industry's self-regulatory board said the ad, which ran from last September to February, implied a Microsoft mouse performed better than "all" leading competitors. But the board also found that tests didn't support the claim.

Microsoft said the ad, from Ogilvy & Mather, Los Angeles, is no longer running.
