Microsoft signs deal with Switchboard

Microsoft Corp. has signed a one-year sponsorship deal for the entire inventory of the Switchboard Web sites for four major Microsoft properties--CarPoint, Expedia, Investor and the soon-to-be launched HomeAdvisor. Each of the sites will be the Switchboard sponsor in its category, either auto, travel, finance or real estate, respectively. As part of the deal, Microsoft advertisements will also be included on both the Switchboard Yellow Pages and SideClick, its search engine.
