Neve Campbell of the "Party of Five" TV series is the latest celebrity to sport a milk mustache in the print ad campaign from the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board. In the copy, Ms. Campbell confesses she crosses out the waist size on her jeans, prompting the promotion board to mount a "little white lie" contest. Best white lie phoned in or sent by computer wins a color TV set. Bozell, Chicago, is the agency.
