Miller taps O&M, JWT

Published on .

It looks like Miller time at Ogilvy & Mather, New York, and J. Walter Thompson USA, Chicago, Advertising Age has learned. Miller Brewing Co. will turn two of its most troubled beer brands over to those shops later this week -- Lite to O&M, as reported earlier, and Miller Genuine Draft to JWT. Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore., will be losing MGD, and Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis, is losing Lite. Annual spending on Lite is about $95 million and $60 million for MGD. Miller could not be reached for comment by deadline.Copyright July 1999, Crain Communications Inc.
