MindShare wins cybercafe account

Easy-Everything, London, a global Internet cafe chain run by Stelios Haji-Ioannou, named the New York and London offices of WPP Group media agency MindShare to handle its $30 million worldwide account. MindShare won the account in a three-way pitch against the London offices of Carat and Starcom Worldwide. Incumbent Matters Media, London, declined to pitch. The company plans on opening an Internet cafe in New York's Times Square and will launch a U.S. advertising campaign at the end of the month.
