Minolta Co., Ramsey, N.J., returns to TV after at least a year off the tube with an estimated $20 million branding campaign launching next week on spot TV in 10 markets. The work from Hill, Holliday/Altschiller, New York, carries the tag "Do something important.'' Commercials focus on how Minolta cameras can help consumers. They first aired on cable late last month.
