Minute Maid fights for ad claim

Published on .

Minute Maid Co. has asked the National Advertising Review Board to overturn a decision against its advertising by the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. NAD said ads for Minute Maid's Premium Frozen Concentrated orange juice, claiming taste superiority over Tropicana Pure Premium Original orange juice, were not substantiated. The challenged ads, featuring a consumer taste test, were done by Manhattan Marketing Ensemble, New York.
