Mobil sets European drive

Mobil Oil has appointed Scholz & Friend, Hamburg, to handle a new $10 million multimedia pan-European ad account for Mobil 10W-40 oil. DDB Needham, whose Fritsch Heine Rapp Collins agency, Hamburg, was Mobil's incumbent in Germany, also pitched. Scholz already handles Mobil's advertising in Poland and Hungary.
