Modem Media closes Chicago office

Published on .

Modem Media-Poppe Tyson recently closed its Chicago office. True North Communications, which owns Modem Media, no longer has a Chicago interactive presence. TN's Foote, Cone & Belding said it now outsources work to local shops and works with other TN interactive developers, depending on clients' wishes. A Modem Media spokesman downplayed the closing, saying it decided the best way to serve clients domestically is through offices in Norwalk, Conn., New York and San Francisco.
