Mondera.com, the online retailer of diamonds, fine jewelry and luxury gifts, picked Leo Burnett USA, Chicago, to handle advertising efforts for the site. Burnett will handle Mondera.com's offline advertising, including magazine ads, billboards and radio; Burnett's Starcom media unit will handle media responsibilities. Spending was undisclosed.
