MoneyGram Payment System, Saddle Brook, N.J., named Robbin L. Ayers, who created the MoneyGram service when it was owned by American Express in 1988, its exec VP-general manager/international, from exec VP-member of the office of the president. Also, Jeffrey Katz to VP-marketing, from VP-domestic money transfers, Western Union; and Isaac Lasky to VP-Hispanic communications, from VP-retail services and consumer marketing/Latin America.
