Monster.com formalized its relationship with Mullen
, Wenham, Mass., by naming it agency of record for the Internet career network's $15 million to $20 million account. Mullen created a branding TV spot for Monster.com specifically for the 1999 Super Bowl. After the game, Monster.com registered a 450% increase in online job searches at its Web site.
