Mott's plans 'Rugrats' promo

Cadbury Beverages, Stamford, Conn., is tying its Mott's applesauce brand in with Nickelodeon's "The Rugrats Movie" and including three limited-time new flavors--watermelon, fruit punch and grape. A spot breaking Oct. 26 will support. Griffin Bacal, New York, handles. Cadbury said J. Walter Thompson USA, New York, creator of Mott's award-winning Fruitsations advertising, is still agency of record. For the promotion, Mott's will also offer the Rugrats Adventure Watch and drop a free-standing national insert Sept. 13.
