Three move to Compelling Content

Compelling Content, a new media creative shop based in New York, hired three new executives. David Lavietes was named VP-client services, from assistant VP in Chemical Bank's Retail Bank Advertising Group. Also, Leonard Sorcher to VP-associate creative director from the same post at McCann-Erickson Worldwide, New York; and Carolyn Rie to senior art director from consultant. Compelling Content is headed by Marshall Karp, a former creative director at McCann and Lowe Marschalk.
